Returns
We’ll accept return requests for items that are damaged and or broken. Since our products are artisanal and made by hand there will always be small imperfections. This is not considered damage or defect. If your products is truly damaged or broken then the product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received. You must let us know within 5 business days. If approved we wil only issue store credit upon return. We do not accept returns for perishable items, gift cards, downloadable products, and beauty items.
If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 5 calendar days of the date you received your item.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved for store credit.
If approved, you will receive store credit to use on our website.

Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email info@dunaxhii.com within 5 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Final Sale Items
If the item is marked “final sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.
